Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you’re well aware that Google has been in an antitrust case brought by U.S. Department of Justice. The judge in that case rendered a decision on August 5th, saying “Google is a monopolist, and it has acted as one to maintain its monopoly. It has violated Section 2 of the Sherman Act.”
