For single-location businesses, you'll just need to put in the business name and city. If you've got multiple locations, you might need the street address to get the right Google Business Profile.
Click GET PLACE ID...then, if it's found the right business, click Generate LocalBusiness Schema, and it'll create the schema to embed in your website.
